Established in Louisiana, Acadian Lore is a story based on people, flavor, and passion. When you think of lore, how do you define it? Is it about those who came before you, maybe the places you've been? Or is lore more of a mystery, a distant memory never to fade? As you enjoy each chapter of this finley aged, perfectly finished book, ask yourself...What's your Lore?

Color: The Prologue pours a deep golden amber, syrup-thickness as it coats the glass.
Nose: The nose opens bright with red fruit - think ripe strawberry - layered over toasted graham cracker, soft vanilla, and a gentle whisper of spiced oak.
Palate: The Palate delivers on that promise: sticky-sweet up front, like cane syrup drawn straight off the boil, with bright strawberry and homade pralines that feel pulled from a Louisiana kitchen.
Finish: The finish is what makes Chapter 0 unforgettable. That sticky sweetness lingers and evolves. Warm tofee rolls in, the spiced oak settles in on the back of the tongue and the whole thing holds long after the sip is gone. It's the kind of finish that doesn't let you set the glass down.
